ManBum

Terms & Conditions

ManBum is a product from House of Samba. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

Training, not treatment

ManBum is general fitness information, not medical advice. Check with a doctor or physiotherapist before you start if you have an injury, pain or a health condition, and stop any exercise that hurts. You train at your own risk.

The ManBum Programme

The programme is a digital product sold and delivered through Gumroad, which handles payment, receipts and VAT under its own terms. It is for your personal use; please don’t resell or share the file. If something is wrong with your purchase, get in touch through the contact form and we’ll put it right.

Early-bird briefs and Online PT

Signing up for the briefs or for ManBum Online PT is not an order and costs nothing. We’ll email you when they are available; you decide then whether to buy. Prices and dates may change before launch.

Squads, the test and sharing

The ManBum Test, the free workout and Squads are free and for fun. Keep squad names and display names friendly. We may remove anything offensive.
